It's a very powerful tool, a little difficult to use, but the support is very good and they help you maintain your catalog on Amazon and automate orders, which is very efficient.
I am been trying to ask you guys to help me setup and sync my shopify products into amazon seller account and so far you guys are just not doing anything accept sending me acreenshot and asking to get the paid service. Do let me know if you really happy to help or should i just uninstall the app and move on with someone else. Its been more than two weeks since i asking for your help but you guys are keep ignoring me. i have free plan because i only have 36 products but you guys are pushing me to pay $300 to get help to setup.
