This app was wonderful to use at the beginning, but has grown progressively buggy over the years with support offering little to no help. It is also not being updated to work with changes Shopify is making and is becoming increasingly obsolete as I need to modify about half my inventory data manually since there is no sync between Airtable and Shopify for those particular fields and when asked, I was told there were no plans to do so.
Recent update broke it completely. 10 days back and forth with support and still not fixed. Generally works okay, but it's buggy. Show more
Not Powerful. I agree with the other reviewers; it works but if there were another app, I'd switch. Pros: nice way to manage inventory with tons of parameters. Shopify admin UI isn't built for bulk editing. This is. Fairly elegant and dynamic solution. Customer service is fairly responsive though slow (days), and their best-fit customer is definitely someone tech savvy and capable of problem solving on their own. Cons: Extremely slow sync, unusable if overloaded - the dashboard will not even load. Come back tomorrow and hope for the best. And if you want to be able to segment your sync to avoid this, you have to pay EXTRA! Even at 200 products, with metafields and images in the mix the sync is 30 mins+ every time. Troubleshooting is rather impossible at that cadence. Unlike other apps, Airpower is not really forward looking or frequently updated with the latest Shopify options. Development seems passive. I've been a customer for years and am looking forward to finding an alternative. Show more
Airpower has been a huge help in extracting data from Shopify and syncing it up with data from other parts of our business in Airtable. As a result, our business is running much more efficiently. And the support team is great! Show more
