Just started using this app and so far so good. The returns portal is seamless and fits in very well with my store. Very easy to use from both a customer and store perspective. The guys at clicksit are extremely helpful and accommodating and made the setup really easy. They were also very patient with my queries. Worth noting that this is one of the very few integrated returns apps for UK returns. Looking forward to further developments and customisations of the app. Show more

We needed a returns app that gives customers the option to look up their order using the phone number or the email they provided at checkout. So many returns apps still use the out of date process of only letting customers enter an email address. Clicksit saved us from having to manually process those returns. On top of saving us time it was extremely easy to set up and integrated perfectly with our store! Also love that we get an email alerting us that we have a return request waiting to be reviewed.
