winter-warehouse.com thinks this app is very good for a free app. Its very easy to use. We wish it had a few more options to respond when a customer writes a comment. The comments section seems to give the customer a place to make up there own terms/reasons for the return. Idf we could comment back with an approval/decline it would make things run smoother.
