We recently installed Wholster to help with large volume orders. My experience when needing help has been great. They reply promptly and have gladly done video calls with me to help with installation and questions. I see past reviews complaining in regards to being directed to FAQs and video tutorials -that is very frustrating and I have experienced that with other providers. But not with Wholster. Seems as though they have improved in that area so I would not hesitate to try the app out! Show more
This app is working well for us so far, and is packed with helpful features like payments, sales rep access and java/css customization, but Zac and the support team have been exceptional! They are quick to respond, have had multiple demo calls with us about using the app and best practices, and have even made small tweaks so it functions better for us. Show more
