Completely dissatisfied with this app and company. I have been using this app in conjunction with another app offered by this developer. A month ago, I installed the latest update. Yesterday I discovered that my other app, called Bulk Product Options, was not working correctly and my customers were being undercharged for my products, causing me to lose money. The response I got when I asked for help, was that the new upgrade was not compatible with Bulk Product Options and I needed to revert back to the old version of VolumeBoost if I wanted things to operate correctly. I have been paying for both of these apps and I should expect them to be able to work together to help run my business efficiently. Instead I am told that I cannot use the latest version and I need to revert back and I have lost money and this has created headaches for me to deal with. This experience has also left me with distrust of this company all together and I will be seeking other options. I do not recommend this company or any of their apps. Show more

The application works correctly until you want to remove certain products from an offer. You then find that the product names are truncated in the application and you can't identify them. Technical support responds after 10 minutes, but has no solution. Result: you have to go through 374 products, one by one, to identify those you want to eliminate from the offer... Incredibly, coded with feet! Show more
