Versa Cloud ERP is an incredibly deceptive and misleading application. Despite advertising a free trial, users are shockingly prompted for payment immediately upon installation—completely nullifying the notion of a “trial.” There are no clear instructions or explanations provided, and contacting their so-called “support” is an impossible task. Their support numbers are non-functional, leaving users stranded without any recourse. Unable to find option to rate 0 or negative else -50 would be the least review score for versa cloud erp. Adding to the frustration, numerous reports from other users highlight a recurring pattern of charges being unjustly deducted, with no resolution offered by the company. It seems this app thrives on preying upon unsuspecting users through unethical practices. Avoid Versa Cloud ERP scamming app at all costs—it is both untrustworthy and unprofessional!

We have been using Versa since 2016, we were looking for an all-in-one software, something that could integrate our different systems as well as inventory and accounting. Now we connect online Shopify, Shopify POS as well as purchasing, selling, and accounting all in Versa, pretty great! It sounds simple and obvious but it is not easy to find something that handles all our needs and is also affordable. We are not the most tech-savvy group but we know what we need from a software. Previously we used NetSuite which by most accounts is highly complex and overpriced (and continues to raise prices), not to mention a lengthy and laborious on-boarding process. We looked at various ERP solutions that would be reasonably affordable, easy to onboard, easy to use and robust enough to accommodate our needs, specifically our wide selection of products, multiple warehouse facilities & currencies. Versa's offering consistently "checked" our boxes of needs + wants, however most importantly, they're super quick to respond and troubleshoot issues that pop-up from time to time. Although Versa is our ERP, we view them equally as a trusted partner who contributes to our day-to-day business success & efficiency. Just one regret - we wish we would have found them sooner. Versa Cloud ERP is an all in one inventory and accounting software solution for our Company. It helps us manage our inventory throughout all of our sales channels. It helps us accurately record the final cost of a product upon completion of its manufacturing process. Versa Cloud ERP allows us to pull a variety of different reports, including; product sales, sales trends, sales channel profitability, customer profitability, product lot traceability as well as many others. We have been using Versa with Shopify since we started with Versa back in 2016. It has been a seamless integration that saves us a lot of time by not re-keying in orders or needing to manually adjust inventory levels.
