Örneğin Trendyol’daki mağazanızda bulunan ürünleri 50 şer 50 şer çekebilmekte ve bu durum da, binlerce ürünü olan mağazalar için oldukça yorucu bir süreç. Ek olarak pazaryerlerindeki kilitli veya arşivde olan ürünlerinizi aktarmanıza müsaade etmiyor. Ayrıca varyantlı olan ürünlerinizi çekerken tüm ürünlerin görselleri mükerrer olarak yer alıyor ve örneğin; Trendyol daki mağazanızda, bir ürünün 10 varyant rengi var ise, bu 10 ürünün her birisinin 8 er görseli var ise, sistem aktarma sağlarken tüm ürünlere tüm görselleri ekliyor. Yani 1 ürün ilanında tam 80 adet görsel yer alıyor. Ek olarak destek talebi açtığınızda dönüş yapmaları için resmen yalvarıyorsunuz, taleplerde yeterince ısrarcı olunmazsa kesinlikle dönüş sağlamıyorlar maalesef. Açılan destek taleplerine 24 saat içerisinde robotik yanıtlar vererek; ‘’talebe yanıt vermediğiniz için destek kaydınız kapatılmıştır ‘’ tarzı şeyler yazıyor. İşin ilginç tarafı ise, açtığınız destek taleplerini görebileceğimiz bir menü veya kaydedilen bir alan yok. Dolayısıyla açtığınız talepler hayali olarak yer aldığı için biz şöyle bir talep açmıştık diye ispat edemiyorsunuz. Bu durumda da firmaya web siteleri üzerinden ulaşmaya çalışıyor, çabalamak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Umarım bu değerlendirmede art niyet aramayıp, kendilerini geliştirip kullanışlı bir uygulama durumuna getirirler.
