Does exactly what I need and more. Pricing is reasonable compared to a few others I checked - Simple easy to use order status page that customers can self serve and view their shipment details. I was also able to integrate the order status link in the fulfilment email which goes to customers. - Fulfillments and status page lets us quickly glance through and see if any orders haven't been delivered. A good way to check for follow ups and escalations with the delivery partner - Mission control also gives a nice view of average delivery speed and where there have been exceptions Show more
