Avalara was jerking us around forever with their overseas customer service reps (charged us 3,000.00 for customer servise reps who cannot speak English well) and raising their prices every year for their overall services. TaxCloud is a way better value and everything that Avalara promises -- TaxCloud delivers! When you work with a TaxCloud rep they are somewhere here in the United States!!! I should have moved to TaxCloud way sooner.

Been a good experience so far. Alessandro and Karolyn have been holding my hand through the onboarding process. I was previously paying 5x what they are charging to an accounting firm, so I'm really happy to be with taxcloud. That being said, I've only just finished the onboarding. I'll edit my review if I have a terrible experience in the future. but things are looking good
