Subi: Subscriptions & Loyalty

We’ve tested a few subscription apps for our store, and Subi is by far the most intuitive and flexible we’ve used. The backend is clean, the customer experience is seamless, and most importantly it just works without the bloat or bugs we’ve experienced elsewhere. A huge shoutout to Miles, who went above and beyond to help us get everything set up just right. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our success. Shoutout to Miles for being an absolute gem. Had an issue with the subscription widget and he sorted it out so fast I barely had time to stress. Super helpful, super nice. He even threw in a little freebie.. changed the widget color & removed the "Powered by Subi" bellow 10/10 support.

Great app with fast and helpful support. Installation was quick and easy, and integration into the shop went absolutely smoothly. We’re really happy with it.

Very quick in person response from Mason to a subscription pricing issue - even on a Sunday. The instructions on the automatic chat were clear but just didn't work so I needed to speak to a human and Mason sorted it overnight. The issue was linked to subscriptions set up while a product was on promotion which set the price for subsequent subscriptions. The subscription did not automatically update with the new product price. Definitely something to be aware of as my customers got a second month of an uber bargain.

Just installed the app and the setup is quick and easy. Mason also reached out to me and offer me to slightly customise my widget on the product page which makes the widget nicer in my site.
