Werkt prima! handig dat alles doorgaat naar snelstart. De boekhouder moet nog wel alle orders daarna handmatig koppelen aan de uitbetaling. makkelijk als dat ook gelijk goed zou staan. verder blij dat deze koppeling er is! Show more

Wij maken gebruik van de koppeling van Snelstart met Shopify, gerealiseerd via onze website Bestelpadel.nl, en kunnen met volle overtuiging zeggen dat het een uitstekende keuze is geweest voor ons bedrijf. Deze integratie heeft niet alleen onze administratieve processen gestroomlijnd, maar ook onze algehele bedrijfsvoering aanzienlijk verbeterd. De koppeling tussen Snelstart en Shopify werkt naadloos. ze hebben een zeer gebruiksvriendelijke interface ontwikkeld die het eenvoudig maakt om beide platforms te synchroniseren. Dankzij deze koppeling worden onze orders automatisch bijgewerkt in Snelstart, wat ons veel tijd en moeite bespaart. Geen gedoe meer met handmatige invoer van gegevens; alles loopt soepel en efficiënt. Een van de grootste pluspunten van deze koppeling is de uitstekende support. Iedere keer dat we een vraag hadden of tegen een probleem aanliepen, was hun supportteam snel beschikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. Over het algemeen zijn we blij met de app en het maakt het doen en bijhouden van de boekhouding een stuk makkelijker. Wel zouden we graag meer functionaliteiten hebben omtrent orders die niet worden doorgezet. Een voorbeeld hiervan is mensen die een bestelling cash en pin in de winkel voldoen. Deze worden niet doorgezet en het is behoorlijk detective werk om achteraf de juiste informatie te vinden. We zouden de app wel aanraden Show more
Wat aanvankelijk veelbelovend leek als een oplossing voor bedrijfsadministratie, is helaas uitgemond in een bron van problemen. Een van de grootste struikelblokken is het gebrek aan synchronisatie van bijgewerkte bestellingen tussen Snelstart en Shopify. Het lijkt erop dat de app de bestellingen doorzet zodra ze als betaald (Paid) worden gemarkeerd in Shopify. Dit leidt tot een onnauwkeurige boekhouding voor bestellingen die wel al de status "paid" hebben, maar nog niet zijn afgehandeld (unfulfilled) in Shopify en waar een aanpassing gemaakt wordt nadat de bestelling is doorgezet naar Snelstart. De app zet namelijk maar 1x een bestelling door. Bovendien worden geannuleerde of terugbetaalde bestellingen niet automatisch bijgewerkt of verwijderd in Snelstart, tenzij je handmatig de instelling aanpast om "refunded" of "partially refunded" orders te verwerken. Dit gebrek aan automatisering is zeker een struikelblok en biedt geen bevredigende oplossing voor wie zijn boekhouding nauwkeurig wil bijhouden. Het lijkt erop dat er verbeteringen nodig zijn om de synchronisatie en verwerking van bestellingen tussen Snelstart en Shopify efficiënter en effectiever te maken. Show more
