Amazing app to help with your barcode printing and marking positions in warehouse. Support is also always on point.
I'd give it a two-star for the completely chaotic and ADD-structured interface. Although the app will generate the SKU's and barcodes in bulk, it's all over the place. And the pricing packages are also all over the place. I paid for the advanced options, but when I tried to generate the SKU's I was still required to pay monthly... It's also missing other important information. For example, it gives no clarification or examples what the officially accepted and required format is for the different SKU options (Code-128, EAN-13 encoding, Google, Amazon, etc) to not get a Google ad listing ban. And like someone else pointed out, it does overwrite your own tailored numbering once it generates SKU's.
I have been a SKU Gen customer for a few years, and I can confidently say their app is excellent, and their customer service is truly exceptional. It is incredibly refreshing to find a company that genuinely values its customers beyond the sale. Recently, I needed a specific feature added to streamline my SKU process, and the team not only obliged but also provided immediate help. Big thanks to the SKU Gen Team for supporting us!
