I trialled the Simplee Membership app for my store, and was impressed by many of the features. Sadly my store is niche and I couldn't quite make this app work for my business model. I uninstalled it, and some of the code remained on my site which was not giving me a great result. I am happy to report that I was able to contact the developers and they assisted me even though I wasn't going to be a long-term customer. Very quick and efficient service was provided by Grant and, before I knew it, my store was back to full working order with all of the unwanted code removed. In my mind this is the measure of REAL customer service... when someone is willing to help you even when you're not going to become a paying customer. As a result I have been left with a good feeling about the developers. I shall absolutely keep this app in mind for a time when I do need its features, because I know that they will support me.
