We’ve had a great experience with the BON loyalty team. While the app does have some limitations (as most apps do) , the team has always been very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we encounter an issue or need guidance. Their support has made a big difference, and we really appreciate how attentive and easy they are to work with.
