Die App an sich ist für den Otto-Normalverbraucher ein wenig komplex (was sicherlich der Materie geschuldet ist) - ABER der Support von Simon vom eshop-guide ist GRANDIOS! Zwar nur per Mail erreichbar - aber die Antwort kommt zügig, logisch und nachvollziehbar - sogar mit PERSÖNLICHEM Video-Tutorial zum einfachen "Hinterher-Klicken" - bin echt begeistert! Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und habe selten so einen professionellen Support erhalten zu einem Programm. Vielen Dank! Show more

Ich muss meine vorherige Rezension abändern, denn ich habe aus Unwissenheit die App Programmierer beschrieben, obwohl die Kritik eigentlich sevDesk selbst galt. Die App tut genau was sie soll. Im Normalfall ist jeder Kauf sofort auch in sevDesk angelegt und die Rechnung ist geschrieben und versendet. Dieses Tool erleichtert die Arbeit perfekt. In letzter Zeit kam es ab und zu mal zu einem Delay zwischen Kauf und Rechnungstellung mit dem Warnhinweis, dass die Verbindung nicht gelingt. Das scheint aber eher ein Problem zwischen Shopify und sevDesk zu sein. Auch wenn sich das Problem nach wenigen Minuten von alleine löste, sollte das nicht passieren. Der Support hat aber sofort reagiert und kümmert sich drum. So muss das sein. Show more
