Searchanise Search & Filter

Did my research on which search & filter apps can be used for my store and Searchanise is the answer. Need some time for me to get familiar with the setup but once l got it right, it is just piece of cake! Their support team also helped me with my inquiries. Overall, Searchanise has been a very effective tool for our ecommerce site. The pricing is fair and the support is generally very responsive!

I came across a few issues that I would have been completely lost with dealing on my own. The team at Searchanised talked me through what should be done from my end and exactly how the app would work for my kind of business - their patience was admirable! I am very glad to be using them and will be sticking with them in my business for the foreseeable future, 100%! 5 stars from me!

Great support and a tool that just works. Happy with the product

It is our first week of using the app on our live store, and it has been working great. It took some initial time to implement custom CSS to match our storefront design and styles, but it is now functioning great with the help of their responsive support team (Thank you, Uriy, Alex P., Andrew from the developer team, and the customer support team), who answered any questions promptly and forwarded technical queries to developers, who also responded within a reasonable amount of time (typically within 24 hours). One major benefit is that the Searchanise product grid and filters render on the search page and collection pages extremely fast, and much faster than the native product grid, which fetches new data and reloads the page for each filter adjustment. Since Searchanise has already indexed all the products for each filter before pageload, adjusting filters displays results nearly immediately. This is greatly advantageous for performance on mobile devices in remote areas. With Searchanise being implemented for only a week or so thus far, we've already received positive feedback from customers as well as our own team.
