We’ve been using Retainful for our Shopify store and it has honestly become one of the most important tools in our customer retention strategy. What we like most is how simple it is to actually execute ideas. A lot of apps promise automation, but Retainful makes it practical — from abandoned cart recovery to post-purchase engagement and repeat-purchase incentives. The email editor is clean, the workflows are easy to understand, and setting up targeted sequences doesn’t require a developer or hours of trial and error. The automation reliability has been excellent. Once flows are set, they just work in the background — customers receive reminders, follow-ups, and incentives at the right time, which has noticeably improved repeat purchases and customer engagement. The ability to structure follow-ups after purchase is especially valuable because it lets us stay connected with customers instead of relying only on ads. Another big plus is the balance between features and simplicity. Many email platforms are either too basic or overly complex and expensive. Retainful sits perfectly in the middle — powerful enough to build real retention systems, but intuitive enough for a small team to manage daily. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, Retainful is a very practical retention tool — not just another email sender. If you want to increase repeat customers without overcomplicating your workflow or paying enterprise-level pricing, it’s a great choice.
