At first I was quite happy with the app, but I was informed 1 week before they stopped offering their channel for free. I then tried to contact the service, but the email came back with the recipient unknown. I have over 1000 products on Amazon - there is no plan for so many products and then the costs are comparatively far too high. Even though so many products are offered on Amazon, I have maybe 30 orders a month. So unfortunately it's useless for me. Show more
I installed this app and was creating orders and updating my inventory myself after getting rid of cedcommerce because my metrics were taking a hit for out of stocks so I really wanted this to work. It worked hit or miss for over a month. It would work then stop. Bring in orders it shouldn't etc. I worked with support again and again they were great!! It has been working great now for over a month now. And they fixed my notes to be how I wanted them! I've very happy as the syncing is top notch. I gave it a five because for what it does do it does it great! For free I certainly can't complain that it doesn't bring in the customer's info or create products. Thanks Alex for all your efforts!
