PowerX helps me get our complicated discount code setup working. We like to offer 1 code that applies a different discount to either a subscription or non-subscription.

Poor, unprofessional customer support. Do not download this app. Customer support is unhelpful and unprofessional. Rep Hujjat sent a video instead of actually helping. When the video did not resolve the issue, his only answer was: "I sent you a video" and "you are new on Shopify"!. He got too personal and provided zero real assistance. When I expressed my frustration, his response was: "I’m not afraid of negative reviews." This alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect from this team. Avoid. P.S. The app owner's public response to this review is further proof. Rather than addressing the issues raised, he characterized my statement that I would leave an honest review to warn others — a standard consumer right — as a "threat." That reframing speaks for itself. Proceed with caution.

Used the app to set up layered cart logic required by the brand and it worked well. Support is quick and helpful and will be there to help find the best solution for you and your business.

First off: you’re talking to real humans. And second, they are super quick, helpful, and even added another function in a very short time upon request. The app also tackles multiple levels of functionality we didn’t have before in Shopify, it’s a super smart system. Tiered discounts, volume discounts - it’s easy to set up and runs smoothly. This app has done for us what no other app could. On top of the great flexibility of the app, the team has been so helpful. They've even gone as far as adding a filter option for me to be able to do something I need to. I've been so impressed by this app and the team running it. I strongly recommend this app if you need to run complex discounts.
