Fabulous App. The support is outstanding, so much help was given to us to make sure the setup was exactly what we needed. Way more advanced than other Returns Apps we had tried - lots of logical options to save time and automate things that would otherwise involve lots of human hours. Since switching to PostCo. our returns process has been dramatically simplified for both us and our customers. At first, it can be a little fiddly getting everything set up to the store and policy specifications, but Melisa's induction and ongoing support from both Melisa and Nick made it a breeze. Support responses are timely and a majority of enquiries have been resolved with ease and clarity. Integrating with Australia Post was also quite simple. You will need a merchant account with them to integrate otherwise there is a manual mail-in option to get started. The FAQs had a good step by step on the set-up. I would recommend to anyone using this app for the first time to allow 2-3 weeks of returns to go through to find any pain points ( all stores are different! ) and tweak as you go. UPDATE: Nick from Support reached out and was helpful in answering various questions I had. After doing some testing, the app isn't quite right for our shop but it seemed like a good solution that would work well for a lot of folks! I really wanted to like this app - it was easy to install and seemed easy to set up as I went through the options. However, I did have several questions for support and I reached out with several messages but never received a response back and it's been a couple of days at this point. I see everyone else saying support is great but the lack of any response has me concerned about future support and troubleshooting so I don't want to get entrenched with this app and then be stuck with a problem. Unfortunately, I have to move forward with something else today because I've already had days go by trying to stay with this solution, so I'll be looking for another app for returns. Show more
