PayWhirl Subscriptions

We use PayWhirl mainly for our coffee club membership. It gave us an opportunity to add the subscription service at the start of the membership year. One of the features, I liked most is the ability to change monthly coffee based on which product we choose to feature for that month . We have been using the ap for several years, it works well and we have been happy with it. Today however, I had a special request related to a new theme I am using on Shopify. I was not able to use the standard tools supplied by the theme for showing a sale price and an original price on a one time purchase without changing the % off on the recurring club pricing. I contacted customer service through Chat and I got Sergey which was the best stroke of luck I have had in a long time. Not only was he incredibly fast in understanding the problem he literally took the reigns and wrote special code for me to be able to do what I wanted to do. Perfection! He actually made it look better than I had asked for. This NEVER happens, usually I just figure my day is going to wasted when dealing with merchant customer service on any platform. Not today and not with Sergey. I am completely blown away by how fast he understood the issue and fixed it. And best of all, he is very kind and humble. He also provided a video for me to refer to when I want to change the % off for a different promotion and have to alter the code. This guy is a great employee. Very impressed. Show more
