Die App funktioniert sehr gut. Hier und da gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nicht 100% intuitiv sind, was zum Teil aber auch an Lexoffice selbst liegt, aber der Support liefert dann meistens sehr schnell eine Lösung, Show more
Für jemanden wie uns, der um die 4000 Belege im Jahr hat, eine halbe Katastrophe. -der Datenimport macht seine Arbeit nur zur hälfte und das mit massiven Fehlern -der Support ist nicht telefonisch, sondern nur via E-Mail erreichbar und braucht 3-6 Tage um zu antworten -Sammelzahlungen können nicht gebucht werden sondern müssen einzeln mühsam zugewiesen werden. Für uns bringt diese Lösung leider mehr Probleme als Lösungen mit, daher können wir es nicht empfehlen. Für kleine Shops die nur mit PayPal als Bezahlung arbeiten ist das vermutlich eher etwas. Update: -Datenimport ist komplett gefixt - vielen Dank! -Support hat sich um (fast) alle Themen gekümmert und die Probleme gelöst - vielen Dank! = + 2 Sterne Show more
Die App hat bietet für mich zwei sehr große Vorteile: Die Rechnung wird beim Kauf erstellt, sodass ich sie nicht mehr selbst erstellen muss. Und zweitens. werden die Rechnungen automatisch an den*die Kund*in verschickt, d.h. kein Ausdrucken der Rechnung nötig. Wünschenswert: Auswählen zu können welche Informationen in die Rechnung übernommen werden. Stand März 2021 wird nur der Titel, den man bei Shopify vergeben hat in die Rechnung übernommen, nicht aber SKU-Nummer oder z.B. die Marke (das wird ja alles beim Erstellen eines Artikels bei Shopify hinterlegt). Der Kontakt mit dem Support läuft schleppend, dafür können aber ja die externen Entwickler*innen nichts. Show more
Die App funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch die Übermittlung alter Bestellungen hat sehr gut und schnell funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr simpel und leicht. Eine Schwierigkeit, die ich zu Beginn hatte, wurde schnell vom Supportteam erledigt. Kann die App empfehlen! Show more
