Seit über 2 Jahren nutzen wir die App nun zur Anbindung von zwei Shops an einen Lexoffice Account. Im Wesentlichen sind wir der App sehr zufrieden und die automatische Übernahme aller Belege in Lexoffice ist eine Riesenhilfe. In der Vergangenheit hatten wir schon mal den Fall, dass die Synchronisation zwischen Shopify und Lexoffice leider unterbrochen wurde. Dieses bekommt man erst dann mit, wenn man sich darüber wundert, dass Belege plötzlich in Lexoffice fehlen. Sehr positiv ist dann aber die Möglichkeit, die fehlenden Belege sehr einfach über die App in Shopify neu zu synchronisieren zu können. Somit ging uns bisher noch nie ein Beleg verloren. Megaklasse auch der Support von Eshop-Guide für die Integrations-App. Hier erhielten wir umgehenden, freundlichen Support und nicht nur den Hinweis, was wir tun müssen, um ein Problem zu lösen, sondern vielmehr wurde das Problem durch den Support direkt gelöst für uns. Zwei Erweiterungswünsche bleiben - sofern die API es zulässt. Bei uns nutzen wir fast ausschließlich Artikel mit Varianten und haben bei den Varianten auch das Feld “Merkmale“ mit Inhalt gefüllt. Beim Erstellen der Belegposition in Lexoffice werden die Artikelbezeichnung und die Merkmalsbeschreibung immer zusammenhängend in die Positionsbezeichnung übernommen. Viel schöner und ordentlicher wäre es, wenn nur die Shopify Artikelbezeichnung in die Lexoffice Positionsbezeichnung übernommen wird und die Merkmalsbeschreibung in das separate Feld „Beschreibung“ innerhalb einer Postion. Der zweite Wunsch ist hier in den Reviews schon genannt worden; es wäre spitze, wenn die App bei der Zuordnung der Shopify Payments und der Synchronisation der Zahlungsdaten unterstützt. Und wenn dann noch in Lexoffice selbst, die Shopify Payments Gebühren auch dem richtigen Konto zugeordnet werden könnten, dann wäre das ein Traum. Show more

Die App ist eine super Ergänzung zum lexoffice Account. Zwar hat der Import alter Datensätze/Käufe nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert, aber die schnelle und freundliche Hilfe des Supports hat das Problem gelöst und nun läuft alles reibungslos. Gut angelegtes Geld. Show more
