Eine effiziente, gute Lösung um das wichtige Thema anzugehen. Besonders gefreut hatte mich der extrem gute Support, geleistet von Berna! Ich hatte einige Monate zuvor bezüglich eines Funktionsumfangs angefragt, welcher damals leider nicht geleistet werden konnte. Wir nutzen die App seit einem viertel Jahr und sind rundum zufrieden. Die App unterstützt wirklich sehr gut und ist größtenteils selbsterklärend. Das einzige Minus ist, dass die Bezahlungen von shopify payments nachträglich über eine CSV Datei importiert werden müssen, aber auch das geht sehr schnell, wenn man einmal herausgefunden hat wie. Ich habe die App gestern installiert, um meinen Shop mit meinem bereits bestehenden lexoffice-account zu verbinden. Es hat alles gut geklappt, es war selbsterklärend und einfach einzustellen. Ein paar kleinere Anpassungen waren zwar nötig, bei denen ich Hilfe gebraucht habe, aber der Support war absolut schnell und hat mir sofort weitergeholfen. Super! Und das Beste ist, dass die Rechnungen automatisch im Lexoffice Account landen, bisher musste ich das mit meinem vorherigen Shopsystem alles manuell einpflegen. Eine unglaubliche Zeitersparnis - ich muss mich um nichts mehr kümmern! Show more
Die App funktioniert sehr gut. Hier und da gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nicht 100% intuitiv sind, was zum Teil aber auch an Lexoffice selbst liegt, aber der Support liefert dann meistens sehr schnell eine Lösung, Show more
Für jemanden wie uns, der um die 4000 Belege im Jahr hat, eine halbe Katastrophe. -der Datenimport macht seine Arbeit nur zur hälfte und das mit massiven Fehlern -der Support ist nicht telefonisch, sondern nur via E-Mail erreichbar und braucht 3-6 Tage um zu antworten -Sammelzahlungen können nicht gebucht werden sondern müssen einzeln mühsam zugewiesen werden. Für uns bringt diese Lösung leider mehr Probleme als Lösungen mit, daher können wir es nicht empfehlen. Für kleine Shops die nur mit PayPal als Bezahlung arbeiten ist das vermutlich eher etwas.
