We needed a Stocky replacement for Shopify that could handle Weighted Average Cost (WAC) and update Shopify’s cost-per-item field automatically. From an accounting standpoint, accurate data that reconciles with our financial reports is critical, and this app delivers. The experience with founder Joe and his team has been outstanding. They guided us through everything—initial inquiries, platform demos, setup, and custom feature enhancements. In my 15 years running e-commerce stores and having used or trialled almost every major and smaller WMS tool, app and PO ordering system available over the years, I can say Inventory Mate is the best and most cost-effective, accurate, and easy-to-use tool on the market for ordering stock and managing live COGS. After looking into many alternatives to Stocky, this was the only system that did exactly what I needed. In the rare case that I need it, their support team is available within minutes to assist me. This app is an absolute game changer for ecommerce there is nothing else like it.

My independent retail store is thrilled to have found this PO and inventory management solution at a great value, as we transition away from Stocky (due to app discontinuation). Inventory Mate is straightforward, syncs all my data straight from Shopify, and provides me everything I need to monitor inventory levels, manage my vendor database, write, receive, partially receive, and pay PO's. Several other apps I was researching were very expensive with too much capability, while Inventory Mate is the perfect balance of functionality and price for my workflow.
