Instant feels more like a professional frontend builder than just another page builder app. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving store design, AI, CRO, and workflow efficiency. Editor is fast, intuitive, and gives a lot more design freedom compared to most traditional Shopify builders. Being able to create highly custom landing pages, product AI pages, and sections without touching code is a huge advantage. Another major plus is the support team — genuinely one of the fastest and most helpful support experiences we’ve had on Shopify apps. They respond quickly, explain things clearly, and actually help solve issues instead of sending generic replies. Highly recommend*****

so far so good - day 1 . real issue is page speed. I just switched from Gem pages and so far the speed is better. the building is harder. Not a bad thing TBH it is deeper so there is a learning curve. Support is solid. I'd be lost with out them.

If you are a developer who needs to create demo or draft websites to showcase to potential clients, this company does not currently offer a setup that supports that workflow. Even when working on Shopify’s Developer Plan, they expect you to pay full price for every store built with their app — even if the shop is not published to the public and is only shared privately with selected potential clients via a link and password. Shopify has clearly understood the huge potential in allowing developers to build stores without a monthly charge, and only activating payment once the website goes fully live. This gives developers the freedom to build, present and sell store concepts to new clients. Unfortunately, this company does not seem to recognise the value of developers effectively promoting their app for them. Every store built with their app could become a future paying customer, but their current pricing model makes that impossible to justify.

Instant.so is an incredible tool. I've been an e-commerce business owner for 10 years and have been working with Shopify for half of that. It's always been really difficult to customize landing pages within Shopify, and the process has always been: 1. Hire a designer. 2. Get the designer to make the Figma files. 3. Get the developer to then develop the page. This can take as long as two weeks to fully accomplish. With instance, I don't need a designer. I don't need a developer. All I need to do is download the app, ask the AI to build the page for me based on our brand parameters, or you can use their hundreds of templates that they offer. It's so easy and so seamless, plus the team is awesome. Shout out to Arslan for being so helpful. And shout out to Coen for creating such a brilliant product that anybody in e-commerce can use.
