Very easy to use, great customer service! Fast and helpful. Now the app has also the option of making routes not returning to starting point which is great for having drivers that want to go home after last delivery! Tracking ability, email message, fullfilling orders directly in shopify it is all there. We do multiple smaller routes a week and this app has helped us a lot. Only thing that might be better if the map is showing only where your orders/deliveries are instead of the whole USA and Canada. I need to zoom in all the time to the area that has only my orders. Very good app. I use this daily to schedule my local deliveries. Customers get tracking updates and the customers do use the tracking as occasionally one will contact us to ask if it could be delivered later or whatever. You can also take a photo of the delivery if it has been left somewhere if needed. also, it reminds customers they have a delivery coming and a rough timeit will be delivered, how many stops away we are etc. From a drivers perspective, i find it easy to use and it saves me loads of time manually planning routes. i can easily change the order of the manifest too when planning.
