First time user of Pickup. I chose this app after I tried another one that I found clunky and difficult to set up. More importantly, Pickup offered a live video assistance and that's what really help me get set up and get going. During the 1-1 video meeting, I worked with Manaz and not only did he patiently walk me through setting up the app with all my delivery/shipping/pickup options, he also proactively helped fix some bugs in the system that he knew about (like something not loading properly on the slide out cart page).
