After using this app since 2020, ongoing pricing inaccuracies forced us to switch to a more dependable app. Customer service is non existent. We email the support email address provided and simply do not receive responses. For something as critical as live pricing, no customer support response is unacceptable. Very disappointed.
First and foremost this app is 10/10. Very easy to use, and apply to your store. Price: 40.00/month is a great price and for any store that has precious metals this app is a must. Customer Service: Response time is very quick, the designer of the app is very helpful and listens to what their customers want. Would I recommend this app: 1000% I would. Have reached out to support numerous times, emailed, called, absolutely no response. The app has not been functioning as usual since the Summer '23 issue of Shopify came out. We also are unable to use the banner function because no one will answer us and there are no instructions on how to enable it Show more
