I just installed the app today, and so far I am very happy with it! I have a handmade business, and I have a long lead time for a few items. This has helped me set appropriate and timed expectations for my pieces! There are a lot of customizable options for the look. I prefer a very simple plain look, and I was able to achieve that easily. I very much appreciate automatically matching my system font, which is a small thing but goes a long way in the look and integration. If you have some experience placing other app imbeds in your shop, you will find this fairly user friendly. So far I am very happy!

We recently installed this delivery ETA app and are still in the process of configuring it for our store. So far, our experience has been very positive. The app offers a wide range of customization options for delivery estimates, shipping methods, cut-off times, and delivery schedules. While some of the settings took a little time to understand initially, the flexibility provided by the app makes it possible to tailor delivery rules according to specific business requirements. The interface is user-friendly, and the app integrates smoothly with our store. What has impressed us the most is the support team. Whenever we had questions during the setup process, they were responsive, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the configuration. Although we are still testing and fine-tuning the settings, the app looks promising and appears to be a solid solution for providing accurate delivery estimates to customers.
