I purchased a one-year service. Three representatives changed in three months (all of them were inexperienced university students). I decided to terminate the service because it was ineffective. They said I wouldn't have any problems getting a refund, but we haven't been able to get our money back for 5-6 months, even though it's over $1,000. They blame Shopify for the refund.
