Sehr schlechte Umsetzung. Die Verbindungen von Produkten von Dreamrobot zu Shopify brechen ständig ein, sodass man es wieder neu einstellen muss und man hofft, dass es länger hält. Als Antwort erhält man, dass man nicht manuell die Beschreibung etc. auf Shopify ändern dürfte. Das darf nicht sein zumal einige Dinge wie SEO oder relevante Dinge wie Google Tags für Produkte NUR auf Shopify gehen und Dreamrobot solche Features nicht anbietet. Die Update Funktion der App funktioniert gar nicht. Das Protokoll ist inkorrekt und zeigt einiges gar nicht an und die Ladezeiten sind der Hammer. Schade, dass nach mehrfachem Beschweren sich nichts getan hat und zusätzlich die Kosten erhöht worden sind, sodass wir fürs nächstes Jahr einen Wechsel in Betracht ziehen nach fast 20 Jahren. Dreamrobot war mal kundenorientiert, ist es aber länger nicht mehr.
Leider ist bei Dreamrobot seit einiger Zeit niemand mehr telefonisch zu erreichen. Probleme die früher in 5 minuten gelösst würden, ziehen sich jetzt über Wochen hin da gerne standartemails versendet werden die das Problem nicht lösen. Leider zeit für ein neues WAWI Programm. Show more
Ganz schlimm diese Dreamrobot App, nur Probleme, aber richtig massive Probleme, so dass wir sogar Zahlungsausfälle haben und Bestellungen werden weder übertragen, noch erhalten wir hierfür Support. Seit 1 Woche warten wir auf eine Antwort bzgl. mehrere unbezahlter Bestellungen, die uns aber durch Dreamrobot als "bezahlt" gekennzeichnet eingegangen sind, so dass die Ware versendet wurde, aber vom Kunden die Zahlung nicht bekommen haben (Da Dreamrobot die Bestellung als bezahlt übermittelt hat, müssen wir dem Kunden hinterherrennen, um die Zahlungen einzutreiben!!! Jetzt wurden einfach 2 unserer Shops "rausgeworfen", aber die Gebühren werden dafür eingefordert!!! Wir sind echt geschockt, dass Shopify überhaupt solch eine schlechte App und Service akzeptiert. Wir müssen uns jetzt ein neues ERP System einrichten, diese Spielchen mit Dreamrobot machen wir nicht mehr mit. Sogar 1 Stern ist zu viel! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Show more
Katstrophal. Keine Unterstüzung von Dreamrobot. Hotline nicht besetzt und werden nur mit Standard Antworten abgespeist. Zeit um sich umzuschauen nach einem anderen Anbieter :-( Schade!!!! Show more
