I'm giving low stars not for the app itself, but for the customer service. The picker works, but only for product pages info to flow into the packing slip, *not* on the shopping cart (which is what I need for my business). I specifically asked that question in the first email I sent, because nowhere in the current app description does it say this. I was then told it was possible with custom code, and to just download the app and try it, and they'll get back to me. Then after a few days I was told no, the picker info on the shopping cart does *not* flow into the packing slip, and that it only works when you put the app on a *product* page. When I pushed back and asked why this wasn't said at the beginning, I got sort of a runaround answer. This isn't complicated, please just be upfront about what your app capabilities are, and we can all move on. I have the emails to prove it, if anyone asks. Show more
