I sing along with the 5-star choir here—this is a solid app! It does take some trial and error to get all your fields matched, but that’s due to human limitations, not shortcomings of the app. The only downside, I’d say, is that the app requires an open/active window to run. If you're uploading orders in batches of thousands, you’ll need to make sure to disable any screensavers or automatic sleep mode in your OS. Other than that, a rock-solid app! Show more

This is exactly what we needed - a straight forward csv importer that's easy to understand & use. We're doing a complicated import, so we're using their "Pro importer" tool. Does exactly what it needs to do. A couple years back Shopify had the Order Import feature, but for some reason they removed it. I've tried many different apps until I found this one. It works perfect. I used 1 CSV to import customer data via normal Shopify customer import then a second CSV via this app. It took me about 20-30 minutes to setup the CSV properly then it just ran a couple thousand orders. It also synced the orders to the made customer profiles. If you need to import order data, this is the perfect app for it! Show more
