Consigncloud has been easy to use and train. It was a bit of work to switch over my old Consignpro info to consigncloud but anything new is a learning curve. The help chat is very responsive and will set a zoom meeting if you need in person help like I did at first. System connects to Shopify so our store is now able to easily sell online which we could not do with our old system. Consigncloud has made the store function more smoothly once we learned how to use it. I strongly suggest it if you’re leaving Consignpro. The staff is very helpful and patient.
We've been using ConsignCloud since 2022, listing thousands of products from hundreds of consignors and partners. Top tier design, always works as we need it to, great feature set, and super star technical support. The ConsignCloud team manages to get back to us on any issue within a few hours at most and has a ready solution every time. Generally though, we don't need support - it's a great app that does what it's supposed to do.
We love the Shopify addon-previous we had tons of returns as items were sold in store before taken off the website. Now its seamless
Very limited Functions, developers will not help in anyway for any custom features that should be on the app. In Australia you pay GST on the consignment fee charged not the whole item, this software just charges GST on the entire sale. for a software paying this much per month you would expect developers to help with simple custom features but no.
Very easy to use, integrates with Shopify seamlessly. Whenever I have had a problem occur I have messaged immediately and receive a response within 24hours. As I am living in another country with different time zones I that response time is amazing as I was concerned that it would be hard to get problems sorted in a timely fashion however Jonathan is very responsive and any issue has been solved within the same day.
