This app saved us so much time and drastically helped improve our inventory counting process! The mobile app allowing staff to use their smartphones as a barcode scanner is a game changer. The customer service is also great; I got quick and helpful responses to my questions. The app works perfectly with Iphone, but Android users may face some problems on the mobile app. We only had three android users on our team, and all of them said that every time their phone screen shut off, the app would crash and would have to be reopened. Also, they all had to fully log in with shopify admin credentials, meaning they can't just click on the link and join the count for the location they were at, which is how the app is supposed to function. We are complete new in Shopify and needed an efficiant way to make a stock count. Cohub is still very new for us but the way it works is easy and fast. If you're doing a full inventory (which we do twice a year), this is what you're looking for. It's easy to use, and the reporting it generates is extremely helpful. We have thousands of SKUs, so we needed something that could handle multiple people counting at the same time. Not only does it work, but the customer support is excellent. Steve helped me troubleshoot throughout the entire process, and I really can't thank him enough for the support. I rarely leave reviews for apps, but I felt like I should for Cohub. I'm sure there are people out there with a similar inventory looking for a system to help them manage it. This is it. Show more
This is the only way we count our retail store. Being able to use multiple devices and work as a team while having the store be actively open to customers is essential. This app tracks all the activity. The built in aggregation feature that automatically totals amounts together if products are scanned separately due to location or timing saves time, sanity and ensures accuracy.
