Customer service has been quick and resolved any issues that I have had. I havent had it long enough to see any pay off but right now I am running the free version and the features are amazing. Compares to apps that cost $50 a month! Would recommend to anyone who wants a ChatGPT4 bot on the site. Once you feed it the right info to inform it of your products it does an amazing job answering questions with logic even though you never specify the answer to that specific question. Love it! The only issue for now is that the app is currently only functional in our primary market – it’s not yet available in other markets (countries).
