I have tried getting onto support with no success. The app has been updated and no longer works on my store to show line item properties on the admin end. Looks good from the customer end, but once the bundles are built, my team has no idea what is actually IN the bundle. There is no support or troubleshooting available on their website to address this issue. As a paying customer, it is just unacceptable... Show more

She was with me from the beginning when I had so called “Shopify experts” building my store that had no idea what they were doing. She’s been with me then until now and always helpful and gracious. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable of the Bundle Builder product. The Bundle Builder product itself is simple to set up, very user friendly with great features. They also have a great on-boarding process to walk you thru so you’re not left alone to figure it out if you’re not quite sure how it works.
