This is completely unacceptable. We purchased your plugin and reached out to support multiple times, yet no one is responding. For a paid service, this level of support is extremely disappointing. On top of that, the app itself is clunky, confusing, and not user-friendly at all. Instead of helping our workflow, it just makes things harder.
