UPDATE: The previous review was due to a misunderstanding. The Buddify team have been great at addressing my concerns and helping me fix the initial problem. Now I have used the system. Highly recommend this app --------- Disappointed. Installed this app expecting to test it using the advertised free option before committing. Unfortunately, the free plan doesn’t seem to be available, and the only option presented is $15 per month. Would have preferred the chance to properly trial the app before being asked to pay.
Deceptive pricing. Lowest tier shows free, but it is only free to install. It is actually $15/mo.
Great App For Building New Supplier And Retail Partnerships We have had a very positive experience with Buddify so far. What stands out most is that it is not just a basic dropshipping app — it opens up much wider opportunities around supplier relationships, retail partnerships, and product sourcing. For merchants looking to expand their catalogue without taking on unnecessary stock risk, Buddify offers a very practical solution. It has been particularly useful for finding new partnership opportunities and creating a more flexible growth model. What I like is that the concept goes beyond simply importing products. It feels much more focused on helping brands and retailers work together in a smarter way, whether that is through dropshipping, wholesale, or broader collaboration. The app also feels especially relevant in the current market, where having reliable supplier options and alternative routes to growth is more important than ever. Overall, a strong app with real potential for both suppliers and retailers. Definitely worth exploring if you want to grow through partnerships rather than relying purely on traditional inventory-led expansion.
I think this App has a lot of potential, though I still haven't found any collaborators, but maybe it's because my store is very niche and not many can sell my products. Also David from the Support team was very patient and helpful, and answered all my questions meticulously.
So far i am very happy that i installed the app. Integration is seemless and all my products are almost listed. Customer service by David was very helpful and i am looking forward how everything goes and if this results in sales
