Die App ist zu kompliziert, nicht selbsterklärend und einfach zu teuer! Angeblich zahlte man nur bei Rechnungsausstellung, zumindest hatte ich das so verstanden. Dann hat man auf einmal laufende Kosten, auch wenn nix verkauft wird. und dafür lohnt sich das einfach nicht! SUcht euch lieber was anderes!

Wir nutzen Billbee nun schon seit mehreren Jahren und sind rundum zufrieden. Mittlerweile haben wir nicht nur Shopify angebunden sondern auch mehrere Marktplätze und auch hier läuft alles reibungslos. Besonders schätzen wir, dass Billbee sowohl für Rechnungen als auch als Warenwirtschaftssystem perfekt funktioniert. Auch der Support ist schnell, kompetent und auch persönlich ansprechbar. Das einzige was wir uns noch wünschen würden, wäre Billbee als App auf dem Handy
Bislang waren wir mit Billbee zufrieden. Seit einem Update der Verbindung zu Shopify funktioniert die Übermittlung der Sendungsnummern zu Shopify nicht mehr. Aktuell müssen wir bei jeder Sendung händisch die Sendungsnummern in Shopify eintragen. Sollte dieser Fehler nicht kurzfristig behoben werden sehen wir uns gezwungen einen anderen Anbieter zu nutzen.
