Wir nutzen Billbee seit Langem erfolgreich und waren mit der Anbindung an Shopify stets zufrieden. Leider gibt es aktuell ein Problem bei Bestellungen mit Shopify Store Credit: Der eingesetzte Store Credit wird bei der Rechnungsstellung nicht automatisch berücksichtigt, sodass eine Differenz zwischen dem tatsächlichen Zahlbetrag und dem Rechnungsbetrag entsteht. Nach aktuellem Stand lässt sich das nur über eine eigene API-Lösung umgehen. Wir hoffen auf ein baldiges Update, das dieses Thema nativ löst.
Langsame Server machen das Arbeiten zur Qual Wir nutzen Billbee seit einiger Zeit, aber die Performance der Plattform ist teilweise eine Katastrophe. Während alle anderen Websites im Browser normal und schnell laden, hängt Billbee gefühlt in den 90ern fest. Seiten laden quälend langsam, einfache Aktionen brauchen ewig, und es ist absolut unverständlich, warum zahlende Kunden hier so ausgebremst werden. Gerade in einem Arbeitsalltag, wo Effizienz wichtig ist, sorgt das für unnötigen Frust. Wenn sich an der Servergeschwindigkeit nichts ändert, müssen wir uns wohl oder übel nach Alternativen umsehen.

Wir nutzen Billbee von Anfang an - seit etwa 5 Jahren. Es deckt unsere Anforderungen derzeit ideal ab. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der persönliche und schnelle Kundensupport. Das Team von Billbee hilft jederzeit und ist immer lösungsorientiert. Für die Zukunft würden wir uns eine besser (schnellere) "Server-Verfügbarkeit", eine benutzerfreundlichere Oberfläche fürs Smartphone und die Möglichkeit weitere Marktplätze wie MediaMarkt/Saturn oder Metro anbinden zu können. Das ist jedoch keinen Punktabzug wert, da die Preis/Leistung hier passt. Vergleichbare Tools würden uns sicherlich ein Vielfaches kosten, was wir jetzt für Billbee mtl. ausgeben. Daher 5 Sterne und volle Weiterempfehlung. Show more
