I kept believing that one day my dropshipping store would succeed and that Zendrop would be a dependable partner when that happened. After seven years, I finally developed a different brand that took off and attracted more than 32,000 Facebook followers. Just as I began receiving orders, I discovered how unreliable Zendrop’s fulfilment service had become. Products repeatedly turn out to be out of stock after customers have already purchased them. Zendrop then emails me asking me to search AliExpress for something similar so they can attempt to source a replacement. This forces me to constantly monitor my inbox in case another order develops a problem. That is not an automated fulfilment service—it leaves the store owner doing damage control. Recently, I received four sales through the section of my store fulfilled exclusively by Zendrop. Every single one of those four orders had an issue. Now, approximately one month later, I must explain to paying customers why their products still have not shipped. This is completely unacceptable. Fulfilment problems do not merely inconvenience me—they damage my reputation, destroy customer trust and make my business appear unreliable. My customers blame my brand, not Zendrop. After paying Zendrop for more than seven years, including its highest subscription fees, I expected dependable stock information, proper order fulfilment and immediate communication. Instead, I have been left chasing suppliers, searching AliExpress and apologising to customers for orders that remain unshipped. I cannot trust Zendrop with my brand or my customers again. Seven years of loyalty should never end like this. I strongly advise store owners to investigate Zendrop’s current stock availability and fulfilment reliability very carefully before depending on it for their businesses.
