El servicio de envios el mejor de Uruguay, la aplicacion no funciona bien, intentamos de todo y somos gente que domina la computacion. La mejoraron, pero sigue con problemas tanto de funcionamiento como de usabilidad. Al detectar errores y comunicarlo a los desarrolladores, te piden fotos y videos como si el problema fuera uno en vez de mostrar voluntad de mejorar algo tan importante para un ecommerce como esta integracion. Y cuando envias las fotos, siempre son casos particulares o problema ocasionado por el cliente. Les hice un listado de todas las cosas que tiene que cambiar la aplicacion para ser funcional para un ecommerce y ni respondieron el email. Y asi hasta que uno se desgasta y deja de escribirles. Doy 3 estrellas y no 1 porque el servicio de envios es excelente y no es mi idea afectar negativamente mas bien que quien quiera integrar esta app sepa a que se enfrenta y el sector de desarrollo entienda que si la aplicacion no funciona tienen que hacerla funcionar o decirle directamente al cliente que no hay voluntad para que no se pierda mas el tiempo, porque realmente las horas que le dedicamos como clientes a intentar hacer funcionar esta app y colaborar, no sirvieron de nada.
