Initial setup inside Tightly was fast, and their knowledge base tab helped a lot too
It’s not perfect yet since my wms doesn’t integrate directly with tightly, but i actually had a call with their product team to walk through the issues. they were super receptive, asked great questions, and are now actively working on building the bridge. feels good to use a tool where the team actually listens and takes action—happy with how things are shaping up.
Being able to plan by next 7 days or even longer makes our cash flow planning way easier. Good app.
Emailing suppliers has been fast and actually useful which is rare.
