Recharge Subscriptions App

I wish I could give this app 1/2 a star. Initially, app worked as expected - but over the last year, we have experienced key functionality failures. My business missed out on thousands of dollars that were supposed to be auto-charged by this app and despite the date being set... it did not charge the customers. Now we have to go back and attempt to manually reach out to each customer for those payments. What a nightmare and embarrassment. I will no longer be using this app. Oh and there is no way to contact a live rep - only via emails. Wish I never used this service. Show more

Truly an awful system that we have nothing but issues with. There is always some limitation or issue to face.. nothing is straight-forward or easy. Customers can never update the subscriptions themselves and often email me stating they have tried so many times to change something and they give up. I will be changing to another system as soon as I possibly can! Show more

This app had legal terms that covered the checkout page. I never was able to find a way to remove this. The legal terms covered other text. I was only able to move the widget around on the page but never remove the legal terms. This made the app unusable. If the app covers your websites text and makes reading about your product impossible why use this app? Show more

This is a very extensive payment solution for subscription businesses. The product is very advanced and offers both for small ecommerce as for bigger enterprises a complete solution. Very customizable. The best thing though is the customer support team. When you scale complexity arises due to the nature of a subscription business, but the customer support team is awesome, fast, accurate and very friendly in helping you along the way. We've tried other subscription apps, but Recharge is by far the best option out there. Also for custom work Nick from the e-shop Genius is really helpfull! Show more

Waited a little while but the response came within 12 hrs. Probably due to different time zones. I must say, Recharge has one of the most helpful support teams. Julmar responded and assisted promptly with patience and displayed expert knowledge on the platform. What felt daunting in the beginning diminished quickly. Thank you Julmar and I'm quite happy with the level of integration and modularity this app has to offer. One customer has already feedbacked positively...a great experience is certainly beneficial to any business. Show more
