Sehr schwacher Support. Sendungsnummern lassen sich außerdem nicht automatisch in die Shopify Bestellung nach Ausführung einpflegen. Zudem kann man weder per PayPal noch mit der Kreditkarte in Echtzeit bezahlen, sodass einem automatisch der Zugang in Portal verwehrt wird und man automatisch PayPal Fälle wird, weil die Sendungsnummer nicht abgerufen werden können. Absolut geschäftsschädigend!
Wir nutzen SimpleSell schon seit 5 Jahren und möchten nicht mehr darauf verzichten. Wir vertreiben unsere Produkte auf Amazon, Ebay und in unserem Shopify-Shop. Alle Bestellungen, von der Versandoption bis zum Ausdruck der Lieferscheine und Labels, an einem Ort bearbeiten zu können spart uns enorm viel Zeit. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass wir mit dieser App endlich auch unseren Shopify-Shop anbinden konnten und wir jetzt alle unsere Bestellungen in SimpleSell bearbeiten können. Die Einrichtung der App funktionierte problemlos und unkompliziert und die Benutzeroberfläche ist so übersichtlich gestaltet, dass man kaum etwas falsch machen kann. Endlich eine App, die auch die Option bietet per Bestellung abzurechnen. Als Magazinverkäufer mit nicht allzu hohem Versandaufkommen, fressen die üblichen Versandabonnementmodelle die komplette Marge auf. + Die Anbindung ist simpel, einfach und spart für den deutschen Markt mit etwas Vorbereitung in Sachen Portokasse viel Zeit bei der Versandvorbereitung. Ein weiterer Traum: Die Labels können bereits im DYMO-Format ausgedruckt werden. Alle Sendungen sind jederzeit nachvollziehbar einzusehen. - Passiert alles auf einer externen Website und nicht in Shopify (Jammern auf hohem Niveau, ehrlich). Ich würde mich riesigst freuen, wenn es noch eine Möglichkeit gäbe die in SimpleSell erfolgten Labelerstellungen direkt als fullfilled im Shop zu kennzeichnen. Das würde meinen Aufwand nochmal komfortabler gestalten. Show more
