This app made our lives so much easier. Initially I only got it to generate an inventory valuation report that clover somehow doesn't offer. Who doesn't want to know their current inventory value? Once our business grew a bit we started to realize the potential of a lot of things, the purchase orders helped us catch some serious issues with vendors adding money to their totals that shouldn't have been there. It also allows for employees to receive the inventory quickly when I'm not there. Only downside is that the receive all inventory doesn't work on the clover tablet, you have to use a computer otherwise it will not process. We also now use Shopventory to track our inventory and live update through Shopify. So much easier than having to manually remove things if it sells online as it just auto manages it and I no longer have stock issues online if it sells out in store. We can talk about how Thrive is an amazing product, but the best experience by far is their customer support. Working from Australia time zone it's so hard to talk to someone live in USA, but these guys are awesome at patiently waiting.
