Been using it for a few years now. It's been great, but been having issues with split orders. When splitting orders, it fulfills the order 100% in shopify with the first tracking number, then never updates shopfify when you fulfill further orders in shipworks. I contacted support and they said they had a previous feature request, but that request has been in the queue for over 3 years. Needless to say, I am looking for an alternative shipping solution. So after my previous review, I was contacted by the general manager at Shipworks. After our talk, I feel comfortable with giving Shipworks another shot and hopefully, they can resolve some of the known problems. The platform in itself is solid and has speed and automation that really no other platform has. If they can resolve some of the bugs I believe we will be using this platform for a long time to come. ShipWorks is a third party installed shipping manager (PC) that aggregate orders from multiple shipping platforms for shipping orders. As I've been using ShipWorks for over a decade now, I'm a big supporter. Having made my life simpler from Day one, it facilitates easy aggregation of orders from multiple selling platforms, bringing all order into one program for easy shipping, processing, order and customer updating. Can have a learning curve for doing custom stuff, but is generally easy to pick up and accomplish. I find their support staff great to work with. Recommended for vendors on multiple selling platforms. Show more
