Läuft flüssig, viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten und einfache Handhabung sowie Einrichtung. Wir können die Nutzung von sevdesk bzw. der sevdesk-App sehr empfehlen.
Ich habe Sevdesk innerhalb der Testphase deinstalliert, weil es für unsere Konstellation nicht passt und auch die Übertragung zu Sevdesk desktop nicht fehlerfrei war, trotzdem wurde uns nun eine Gebühr bei der Abrechnung durch shopify verrechnet!
Wir mussten auf eine andere App wechseln weil diese ausgefallen war. Ist leider sehr unzuverlässig und war für uns absolutes chaos. Die Seite vom Entwickler war auch offline. Sehr enttäuaschend.

Für die Schnittstelle shopify/sevdesk benötigten wir einen Workaround um 2 eigene Felder aus dem Shopify-Checkout (Ihre Bestellnummer: / Kommission:) in die Layouts zu bekommen. Anfangs waren wir bei dem App Entwickler, der auch unseren Shopify-Shop vor Jahren aufgesetzt hat. Leider hat es dort nicht so richtig funktioniert. Also sind wir zu appify gewechselt und das war eine gute Entscheidung! Es gibt immer eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung auf Nachfragen und vor allem funktioniert der hier entwickelte Workaround. Die Felder werden jetzt in sämtlichen Layouts ausgegeben. In allen Belangen aber vor allem in Kompetenz, dem netten Umgang und der Raktionszeit, können wir hier mit gutem Gewissen 5 von 5 Sternen vergeben.
